I can lend you a few Jerry Garcia ties to wear over your T shirt; they are actually quite tasteful and businesslike, to my eyes, while avoiding the dreary blandness of so many business ties. I've saved them for the looks and not only for the brand name, even though I wear a tie perhaps once a year.
