I tuned out when it wasn't going to happen on Mt Diablo, the only place that makes a lick of sense for a Rivendell National Jamboree. I would hope that Rivendell makes it happen - a series of three adjacent S24Os? That would let staff and attendees come and go, and allow for more fluid campsite reservations.
