Hi Anne, I'm coming to this discussion rather late, but your most recent query leads me to ask if you've looked at the rig set-ups on bikepacking.net? One specific rig might be "yamric's fargo 2 configuration." There are multiple photos and a list of whatall is in each bag. Thanks to all who've shared thoughts on this thread; very interesting!
