That sorta looks like the medium blue Newbaums, and is actually darker than 
the whatever-you-call-that-color of the Bleriot (I own one, and still can't 
decide if it's blue or green or both). What you might try is to get the 
light blue, then amber-shellac it down to a color that works for you. 
Personally, I prefer a contrast on this bike: I haven't wrapped my porteur 
bars, but I have maroon Newbaum's as a toptube protector, plus it sits 
under a stem-shifter and bar light mount. I think maroon works well on a 
Bleriot.
