Some clearly do. In Lancaster county, PA, the Amish don't use pedal-bicycles, they use a large-wheeled scooter. In the past, however, I recall seeing them using bicycles; not sure when they changed. In other areas, practices vary. I believe I've seen Amish in Southern Maryland on bicycles (although it's hard to tell sometimes, there are also Mennonites in the area).
