I 've also been thinking about this off and on. I've used black electrical tape down the underside of the down tube (works great), and clear packing tape along the underside of the fender leading to the dynamo tailight located there (works terribly poorly, of course; need something better but haven't bothered to try the helicopter tape/100 MPH tape that I've read about). With winter around the corner, I should probably get on a solution for the fender section of the wire run.. KJ
