Depends on how many miles you want to put in.  From Troutdale out to 
Multnomah Falls and back is 40+ miles.

Starting in Troutdale, if you want to ride out on the WA side and back on 
the OR side, figure 85+ miles.  There is still a mile of Hwy 84 shoulder 
you'll have to ride; the trail is not yet open.  Big shoulder, no worries.

Or you could ride out to Multnomah Falls with a side trip up Larch Mtn.
