Does anyone have experience using this bag? Think about getting one for my protovelo and don't want to put a front rack on it. Is it stable enough with just the webbing straps for a small load? Does is constantly droop down or stay pretty level? Obviously a very heavy load couldn't be supported. thank you Jason
