I'm not sure that it does--wasn't the Atlantis always meant as a loaded tourer? The XO was more of an all 'rounder. I own an XO and it certainly is not tourer, and I recall Grant writing about being rather alarmed by a fellow touring with a "flexy" XO who stopped by Riv.
