I thought the same thing when this popped up over a month ago. You can still see the original colour in the seat post binder lug and cable slots. Who would paint that bike yellow without removing the original paint first and then use a magic marker to highlight the lugs? Even if that frame was legit the price is too high.1250 for the bike 500 for a back to original paint job on a bike with unknown providence. You might as well buy a new one.
Also not in the nicest area of the city which is a red flag. If someone on the list thinks it is theirs and they want me to check it out, just let me know.
