I have not posted here, but I too wear conventional bike shorts with a chamois. I just ignore the comments about bike shorts posted by men; they are irrelevant to me, because I have different equipment than men and need different clothing.
Some men sometimes post that they wear the same undershorts day after day when they are touring. That would never work for me, nor would it work for any other female cyclist I know.
