More on the Nitto R14 top rack. It came up if the stays were cut. And they have been to fit a smaller 650 Betty Foy. It's a 53 I think. I measured the length and they are 31.5cm with maybe a centimeter of adjustment available. I held them up to my 60cm Sam and no way would it fit. So get it if you have a smaller frame or I would consider letting it go for less to offset the cost of new stays. -Bill
