Great time with amazing folks.
Lovely that we had more people on this trip then on the Rumble last week.
When Mike and I talked about doing a trip, we both didn't realize how fast
it would come.
When the date rolled around and I realized I didn't have Mike' number I
figured the list was a good idea.
Spurt of the moment camping trip led to seven folks from all coming by. I
was surprised that so many people didn't have work on a Monday.

It was a pleasure as always to ride with great folks from this list.
Andy, who apparently I met before (at the last garage sale) but haven't
ridden with until now.
Jim, who apparently is still having bike adventures as I type this before
school starts.
Mike, who apparently is expecting the third Rivendell Ramble for this
weekend.
Esteban, who apparently sneaked on this RIVENDELL overnight with his Black
Sheep custom monstrosity AND alas no leather bags whatsoever.
Gabe, who apparently just finished a camp out the day before in the Walnut
Creek area.
And Anne, who apparently needed to be the word of reason, when it comes to
eating food at the appropriate times and sweet talking waiters to getting
coffee. As much as it may seem like she had a hard time, I think I can
speak for everyone there that she did fantastically considering that we
could barely see through the thick summer California fog.

Pictures prove that summer never really happens in San Francisco:
