Your Mileage my vary but my experience was I need to sets of cork grips to 
get one set successfully mounted, and the instructions that talked about 
gluing them onto the bars... HA  I had to grease the bars to get the $#)!@ 
things mounted.   Granted once they were mounted and had a coat of shellac 
they did look pretty darn good .  My Advice - take it slow, have a second 
set available, and don't use an glue until you have at least done a dry 
fit.  More likely you will need some grease.
