Thanks! I really like the Hold Fast straps and have them on a second bike as well. Clipless SPD always seem to aggravate an old running injury in my knee, so these are a welcome solution for me. I like pedal retention but I also like being able to ride in most any shoe in my closet. I am looking forward to warm feet this winter!
