But I would think about how much standover height and seatpost showing you 
will have/want. Bigger means less seatpost showing and less standover 
(which I like).
 
Also, think about that TT. If you are not hurting with the reach you have 
now on your present bike with drops,  be sure you can duplicate that reach 
on the 58 Sam with a stem swap if the extra reach of the 58 Sam TT doesn't 
work for you with drops.
