Yes. It was Bob Bailey riding his Long Low with prosthetics on both legs. I saw him almost every day and he rode well, though he did struggle a little on the hills. Apparently we use our lower leg a lot more than we think we do when we ride up hills. When I told Bob (Hawaii) about the Long Low that he must have just passed in the last mile, he told me that he was so intrigued by the prosthetics that he didn't even notice that they were pedaling a Rivendell.
