Hi Michael. I'm not around my Sam right now to check for sure, but I don't
think my knees break that plane. I've got my Albas turned down a bit and even
have my shifters mounted on the bar ends, but I can't remember ever touching
any part of that setup with my knee. One thing I have noticed that I do when
making tight u-ies is I open my legs wide to hold my balance at low speed. This
also serves to prevent any contact with the bars. The Albas are great and I
also enjoy the scenery. It's a nice alternative to my Black Mountain Road that
I have set up with Noodles. It's really fun switching back and forth between
the two set ups. Enjoy the ride!
