The interesting stuff is mostly going to be along the lake shore, although there are nice quiet roads inland (I have even seen sandhill cranes nesting near Bailey's Harbor). You can do some bike rides to wineries, cherry orchards, etc. By Bailey's Harbor there is Door Shakespeare which puts on (obviously) Shakespeare plays on a stage built in the woods near Borklunden, Lawrence University's retreat center. Bring mosquito repellent. http://www.doorshakespeare.com/ Also at Bjorklunden the week of July 7, if that's when you are going to be there, is the Tritone Jazz Camp. I have gone the past three years but can't go this year. :-( Anyway, the end of the camp offers free open-to-the-public jazz concerts in the Bjorklunden lodge on Thursday and Friday evenings. The big band is always worth hearing and the more advanced combos, too. The vocalists are hit and miss, some are very good and some are in the early stages of development. http://tritonejazz.com/camps/2 Maps: http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/bike-foot/countymaps.htm -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
