My Bombadil had a 107 with a Sugino triple - it cleared the stays. With Shimano
BBs I believe the difference between a 107 and a 110 is on the non-drive side.
Not sure if that holds true for Tange as well.

When I rebuilt the bike I swapped in a new Shimano Mtn triple front derailleur
and had to use a Shimano 113 as the derailleur could not adjust inward enough
to hit the granny on the triple. Worked fine with the 113.
