Another data point. I was in the habit of wearing padded short liners on a hammock saddle. Then a while went with just underwear. Because of the way I sit on the rear cantle of the saddle, this ended up causing a physical problem. Moved over to an older Terry saddle and the problem went away with padded shorts.
Starting this year, decided to try the hammock with padded again. Unfortunately the same physical issue appeared. Once again back to the Terry and no problem. It could be the issues had nothing to do with the change of clothing, but after having it happen twice, am not going to risk it again. Just as likely it is my excessive weight on the saddle causing the issue.
