I use a 10 cm Nitto dirt drop. I have a bad back (3 surgeries) and bad carpal tunnel syndrome too (3 surgeries). My Atlantis is on the small side of Riv's suggested sizing. I find the dirt drop high enough that I don't need to run the stem all the way up. Clayton
