What exactly do you mean by Bunny Hoppin'? Are you thinkin' of tryin' to
actually hop over something, clearin' it with both wheels? What is it that
you are tryin' to hop over? I've cleared railroad tracks (yes, both
tracks) on 280-gram sew-up rims (Fiamme yellow-label) and 25c sew-ups, when
going fast enough, with no deleterious effects. On the other hand, the one
time I didn't quite clear the far track with my rear wheel, there were
deleterious effects that abruptly terminated that wheel's career.
Equipment is made to be used. :-)

If you're going to try to actually clear an obstacle with both wheels,
throw an empty soda can or plastic bottle in the middle of the (presumably
quiet) street or parking lot, and start hoppin'.
