The only drawback with mine is they don't fit the diameter of the rails
perfectly, and they can on occasion slide around somewhat.  It's of no
consequence in practice, because I have a rack that's supporting the
Carradice, but it is a tiny bit irritating.  I should probably just wrap
the rails with friction tape to build up the diameter just a tiny bit.

Not sure if what I have is currently available, and I can't at the
moment remember the brand other than I think it began with a C or a V

product name.  OK, a name surfaced -- Viva Bag Loop -- and a search on
google turned up pictures that confirm that's what I have.  Plenty of
images, not one place (in English, anyway) that lists them for sale.
