I am not sure which front rack she has but I have a wald basket attached to a Nitto mini-front rack, forget which one exactly, which has a tab on the front of the rack for a light (see: http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3464/3990663590_855aeb58a7_z.jpg?zz=1)
I mounted my light on there with a simple nut and bolt. You could also attach it to one of the threaded eyelets on the side of the rack but that may prove more complicated than the above. I can take a picture of my set-up later today if you would like.
