I think it looks nice the way it is, but I also appreciate the cream head tubes of the regular Atlantis paint scheme. You could try putting masking tape in the area where you would paint, and then step back a few yards to get an idea of what a cream or ivory colored head tube might look like against the olive green. The more I imagine it, the more I like the idea of the contrasting headtube.
