Patrick, 
One more observation: the internal wooden brace is too long to snug up the bag 
flush with the Albatross bars, because of the bars bend/curve.  This also would 
create more sway I think if it weren't for the pressure exerted by my stem 
shifters.  Without the stem shifters I don't think the bag would fit well on my 
alba bars.  Maybe someone else has had more success with it.

Again, it works well for me, but that is because of my stem shifters.
