Joe, if that's your size (top tube is kinda' long for the seat tube, 51X54 is unusual), then it's a great find. Sometimes you just gotta' do it! If you can get a serial #, shoot it by Riv's direction and ask if they can give you any info. That should at least be able to confirm the builder and year.
