The Hetres are great tires. I ended up using the Soma B-Sides on my wife's Betty Foy with great sucess. I needed something that would fit under longboard fenders. As the regular version appears out of stock everywhere the Hypertex version that Riv sells could be an option. Would Schwalbe Marathons just be too sluggish for you? If I needed a super dependable commute tire I would head in that direction.
