If I remember, the bars are upside down Dovebars, and the dummy brake 
levers I used to extend the cockpit.  Alas, the bike is still a bit too 
small for me which is why I'm selling.  I'm keeping my 58cm Heron.  The 
flat back paint was an attempt to match the color of my first bike that
I got 50 years ago. Cheers, K.
