Why do I care what Grant eats (which, BTW, from the photos I've seen recently 
seems to be working just fine for him.  He looks fit and happy)?  

Challenging religions always pisses people off and never brings them together, 
whether it's the Temple of Steel is Real, the Church of Gram Counting,the Order 
of Fiberous Carbonosity, the Ornish diet, the paleo diet, the grapefruit diet, 
the no-grapefruit diet... find what works for you and makes you feel healthy 
and not have to struggle too much with weight and fitness.

I tend to agree with Michael Pollan:


Eat food.

Not too much.

Mostly plants.



Keep your approach to living simple and adaptable and you'll probably be OK.
