Sounds like my ride - I've been commuting on my QuickBeam since fall of 
2011, most frequently on the fixed 16T cog. I also have a 17/19 freewheel, 
which really helps on long descents. It took me a couple weeks to unlearn 
coasting through turns, and now it feels perfectly fine and normal to pedal 
my entire route. The only things that bug me are red lights in traffic, and 
going uphill.

And I have been riding with BullMoose bars for a month now, and I like 
'em...
