Don't own a 52cm Sam, but I'm fairly certain the 57.5cm TT length listed in 
the geometry chart IS the "effective" horizontal TT.  There's a note at the 
top of the geometry charts that reads: "In cases of 6-degree upslope, we've 
included only the theoretical tt length."
