I have no clue about tracking orders. There's gotta be some sort of Google Doc that might be useful. I would definitely care to order a pin if possible and am still super interested in the patch idea but have no idea how complicated that goes. My only thought is on the ACW blogspot blog, maybe you could post paypal info and advertise a pre-order with a cutoff date. That may have been what you did before.
