Bars at saddle level, which puts the base wedge of Technomic stem in steerer tube at DT/HT junction level. Sheldon Brown wrote about being careful to not let stem get too low if steerer tube is butted. *Anyone know if Bleriot steerer tube is butted*? And if so, how far down? Thanks for any help. Maybe Grant would be kind enough to inform on this.
