I sold my Bleriot for much less than that. But I also had a better fitting 
Saluki en route.  I think value when selling a used frame is a negotiation 
between the seller and buyer. For example: I (non-obsessively) collect vinyl. I 
have a 12 7" set from a band that I value very little. I would love to trade 
this for a similar set of an artist I adore. The set I have is "worth" 5x the 
one I want but I would trade it straight up because my perception of value is 
biased. We're there money involved I would do the same - sell mine under 
"market value" while paying over for the artist whom I like. 

Simply put - if it will take 750 for you to part with your Bleriot, don't 
accept anything less. There will be someone willing to pay just that. If you 
are negotiable, then find the buyer willing to work with you to find the 
maximum satisfactory situation for both of you.
