I started a makeover of my wife's old '90 Specialized Rockhopper for my eldest boy, and in the process of picking up some necessary things for the build (including those lovely bosco bars), I snagged the possum "radar" hat and later the small tan sackville saddlesack.
The hat was somewhat of an impulse purchase, and it's fantastic: really comfortable, soft, extremely warm. You can pull it down and get the necessary ear coverage, or raise it up a bit to moderate the heat retention. It even fits under my adjustable lazer helmet. Got the bag for the bleriot. And I really hope RBW does some more tan saddlesacks. I have the medium in the green, it's my daily bag for the Atlantis, and I love it, but the tan is super sharp, even better than in the photos.
