Just bought a pair from Elliot Bay Cycles in Seattle. I wear a 46 or a 47 in the Sidi 5's - I ordered a 46.5 in the Vittoria's - i wear an 11 running shoe. The Vittoria's fit like a glove out of the box. The walking sole for the recessed cleat is very nice. Like the other fellow who responded - I will match then with SP Frogs. Nice finish on the shoes - very nice and comfy heal cup - this is often a problem for me in that I have skinny heals and a wide forefoot - the heals are comfy and snug.
