Not sure the vintage of the TA crank you plan on using but the older ones 
used an asymmetric spindle. Assuming you are using a modern sealed BB a 
good start would be a 116 JIS with a 1.0-1.5 mm shim on the drive side. 
That's what I use with a vintage TA crank on my '92 XO-1 with a 130 7 speed 
FW hub.
