I have not had time to read the article yet, but notice the first chapter is titled pro-flat does not mean anti-clipless. Given a rather high percentage of more expensive and even less expensive bikes use clipless, I am not certain posting a countering opinion is necessary. Clipless is more or less the industry standard. Most of us get that. But most of us that prefer toe clips, half clips, or platform have put thought into our pedal choice and are happy with what we chose.
