This is only speculation, but purchasing a gift certificate would make sense to count towards the $300 as they're looking to get $ in the door. Using a gift certificate that was previously purchased would not count. Of course, this hasn't helped, but I'm hoping since my order contained a gift certificate that they'll count 'em. Best, Eric
