I'm fine...and embarrassed to admit that I crashed again the very next day, in the very same manner. Going down hill on a slick trail the front tire slips out and I face plant into the mud. I was wearing tights and a rain jacket the next day so it didn't look quite as messy. I didn't tempt fate today. The sun was out today but I stuck to the roads anyway.
