Patrick, I've never come across an integrated brake lever/grip shifter. Are you sure they're one piece? If SRAM, do you know if it's an "ESP" (i.e. long-pull) or Shimano-compatibile rear derailer? I might have some Shimano 7-speed grip shifters around.
