Just wanted to add me and my daughter will be walking over to vote after school, it is only a block away. I had someone at my kid's school ask me, exasperated where I found the gas to get around this week. He was even more exasperated it seeeds when I told him I had two legs and a nice bike and have been happy with this system for 8 years. Although I do feel for those who are reliant on cars, its not like they can just switch overnight to some other system. Maybe the gas shortage here will open some eyes to the benefits of cycling, walking and mass transit, a small bright side to a huge tradgedy. Study out today said most cab rides in NYC are under 1.5 miles, that is what I walk every day to and from the subway. But anyway GET OUT AND VOTE, FOR ANYONE, JUST DO IT!!!
