I was aiming at either a Tubus Luna or stainless steel Fly before I
was alerted to the Sackville Med on eBay yesterday.
TheTouringStoredotcom has the latter for $136 shipped and I know from
personal experience that, at least, the chromo model will handle 45 lb
with aplomb. There is a webstore offering the discounted Luna for $139
+ shipping IIRC.
