So I'm just outside Minneapolis for the next few days and I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for interesting bike shops, etc. to see while I'm in town. I'm in Plymouth, west of the cities, but I have a car (no bike, unfortunately) so I can get around. I'm probably going to be working longish days, so I may not get to do anything, but I'm sure I'll be back before long - it's a big project, and nowhere near done.
