Now I find this very interesting. I sent GP a wool jersey as a gift around the time of the beginning of the project. We had a brief exchange on this new bike. I asked if it was too late, as I was thinking about it, he replied that it was not but I'd better get on board. The next day I emailed him I appreciated it, very much, but was declining because I was purchasing a Calfee. After a few jabs about being a traitor, in good humor of course, I also asked him the name of the mystery bike. He told me under the promise of sworn secrecy, and I intend to honor that.
