Ooh, I didn't think of that..I'm about your size. To me, this bike veers 
slightly toward the "cruiser" aesthetic, wherein the diagatube becomes not 
so much a necessity for frame stiffess as a styling element. I know that's 
a tough pill to swallow for us "purists" brought up on The Right Tool For 
The Job, but Mystery Bike is a long, low sorta-flatlander with a freakin' *
stick* for a front shifter, and its look is part of the appeal. This bike *
must* have a diagatube in all sizes.
