First I was camping in an real tent. Mark on another Bombadil single top
tube was under the tarp. I could never do that though it made a great
picture.
Camping was fine, I grabbed beds a few days when camping was on gravel rv
sites.. hate those things. Not to mention I brought low quality tent
steaks.

I pretty much used what I took. About the only change I would make would
be better tent steaks. My clothing two MUSA long pants and two MUSA
Knickers worked well.

We had an all day soak on the first day and I admit I was pleasantly
surprised at who well the splats worked.

I accidentally left my extra tire at home and that was the one thing I
needed. This also had a sidewall tear from the head of the nail that I
missed. The park tool boots worked well and this tire made another two
days before I bought an extra from another rider.

So actually packing came out about right for me.
