I was running Jack Brown Blues for a LONG time. Wore through 2 tires (so proud!) and had on the second set on before jumping over to the non-tour guard 37mm Pasela.
Here's a photo of the new fatty tires during yesterday's ride: http://www.flickr.com/photos/amisingh/7687477028/lightbox/ During brevets I ride Grand Bois Cypres. There really is a difference. I'll be curious if anyone else gets a pair of the Evolv kicks and what they think. I like them a lot more than my Sambas The shoes are made for exploring, so in addition to being grippy and comfortable, they've got good toe protection also. I like them a lot. I own a pair in the black and the copper.
